Xbox Live Labels Autistic Boy "Cheater"?

So everyone on the internet is up in arms because an 11 year old autistic kid was labeled a cheater by Microsoft for no reason. The kid's mom says it's because he is a "wizard" at games. Microsoft says that someone on that console, maybe not the kid, was cheating. Mom says she wants "cheater" removed from the account so her kid can get back to playing L4D2, CoD:MW2, CoD:BlOps, GTAIV, Red Dead Redemptions and 50 Cent:BotS.

Microsoft tells us they have the ability to look into accounts and, while it might not have been Julius or his mother, they are confident someone tampered with the account to boost his gaming score. At this point, his mother wants the word cheater gone and Julius wants to go back to tackling video game monsters, not labels.
